Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before making a booking with Casa Glamora

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Casa Glamora. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit as specified in the booking confirmation email.

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference number, event details, and seating information.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Full Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in writing by Casa Glamora.

2.2 Deposit

For corporate bookings and group tables, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event date.

2.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, and company cheques. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

2.4 Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST (18%) unless stated otherwise. Taxes will be added to the invoice at the prevailing rate.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made 60+ days before the event: 80% refund
  • Cancellations made 30-59 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event: 25% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: No refund
  • Deposits are non-refundable in all cases

3.2 Cancellation by Casa Glamora

If Casa Glamora cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made within 14 business days.

3.3 Event Postponement

If the event is postponed, your booking will automatically be transferred to the new date. You may request a full refund within 7 days of postponement notification.

4. Seating Arrangements

Seating is allocated by Casa Glamora based on booking date, table type, and special requests. While we make every effort to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee specific seat numbers or locations.

Premium seating (Gold Table) includes front row placement. Silver Tables are placed in the next tier. Individual seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within their category.

5. Guest Lists & Substitutions

You may substitute guests for your table up to 7 days before the event at no additional charge. Please notify us in writing with the updated guest names and details.

Name badges and table cards will be printed with the provided guest names. Casa Glamora is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided.

6. Event Conduct

  • All attendees must adhere to the event dress code (Black Tie/Formal)
  • Professional conduct is expected at all times
  • Casa Glamora reserves the right to remove any attendee exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behavior
  • Photography and videography by attendees may be restricted in certain areas
  • Alcohol consumption is restricted to attendees over the legal drinking age

7. Media & Photography

By attending the event, you grant Casa Glamora the right to capture, use, and distribute photographs and videos featuring you for promotional and marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our event staff upon arrival or email us at least 7 days before the event.

8. Liability

Casa Glamora shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event, except where caused by our gross negligence. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.

Casa Glamora is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other ancillary costs incurred in relation to the event.

9. Force Majeure

Casa Glamora shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or acts of terrorism.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or offer credit for future events.

10. Data Privacy

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data to process bookings, communicate event updates, and for marketing purposes with your consent.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.

11. Amendments

Casa Glamora reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Bookings made prior to changes will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.
