How do I nominate for an award?▼
You can nominate yourself or your organization through our online nomination form available on the Awards page. Simply fill in your personal and company details, select the award category, and submit. Our team will review your nomination and contact you within 48 hours regarding the next steps.
Is there a nomination fee?▼
Yes, a non-refundable nomination processing fee applies for certain award categories. The fee amount varies by category and is disclosed on the nomination form before submission. Selected winners may also have a winner's participation fee to cover event production and marketing costs.
What are the award categories?▼
We offer multiple award categories including: Rashtriya Ratna Samman, National Education Awards, Iconic Achievers Awards, National Service Excellence, Leadership Excellence Awards, and Global Indian Business Excellence. Each category has specific eligibility criteria.
How are winners selected?▼
Winners are selected by an independent panel of industry experts, thought leaders, and subject matter specialists. Judges evaluate entries based on criteria including innovation, impact, sustainability, leadership, and measurable results. All decisions are final and binding.
When are the award ceremonies held?▼
Award ceremonies are held throughout the year at various venues across India and internationally. Specific dates are announced on our website and social media channels. Shortlisted nominees receive event invitations with detailed information.
How do I book a table for an event?▼
You can book a table through our Book a Table page. Choose from Single Seat, Silver Table (10 seats), or Gold Table (10 seats + VIP benefits). Complete the booking form and payment process to secure your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email with event details.
What is the cancellation policy?▼
Cancellations made 60+ days before the event receive 80% refund, 30-59 days receive 50% refund, 15-29 days receive 25% refund, and less than 15 days receive no refund. Deposits are non-refundable in all cases. Please review our full Booking Terms & Conditions for details.
What is the dress code for events?▼
The dress code for our award ceremonies and galas is Black Tie/Formal. For conclaves and networking events, business formal is recommended. Specific dress code information is provided in your event invitation.
Can I transfer my booking to someone else?▼
Yes, you may substitute guests for your table up to 7 days before the event at no additional charge. Please notify us in writing with the updated guest names and details. Name badges and table cards will be printed accordingly.
