Entry Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria

1.1 General Eligibility

Entries are open to individuals, businesses, and organizations operating in India and internationally, unless specified otherwise for specific award categories.

1.2 Category Requirements

Each award category has specific eligibility requirements as outlined on the award category page. Please ensure your nomination meets all criteria before submission.

1.3 Self-Nomination

Self-nominations are accepted and encouraged. Third-party nominations require the nominee's consent, which must be confirmed in writing.

2. Nomination Submission

2.1 Submission Deadline

All nominations must be submitted by the published deadline for each award cycle. Late submissions may be accepted at the discretion of Casa Glamora with an additional fee.

2.2 Submission Format

Nominations must be submitted through our online nomination form. Supporting documents (PDF, images, videos) should be uploaded as per category requirements.

2.3 Submission Fee

A non-refundable nomination processing fee may apply for certain award categories. The fee amount is specified on the nomination form and must be paid at the time of submission.

2.4 Multiple Entries

Organizations may submit multiple entries across different categories. Each submission requires a separate nomination form and applicable fees.

3. Evaluation Process

3.1 Judging Panel

Entries are evaluated by an independent panel of industry experts, thought leaders, and subject matter specialists. Judges are selected based on their expertise and impartiality.

3.2 Evaluation Criteria

Judges evaluate entries based on criteria including but not limited to: innovation, impact, sustainability, leadership, and measurable results. Category-specific criteria are provided on each award page.

3.3 Confidentiality

All submission materials are treated as confidential and used solely for evaluation purposes. Judges sign confidentiality agreements before participating.

3.4 No Correspondence

Due to the volume of entries, we cannot provide individual feedback on submissions. Winners will be notified directly. Results are final and binding.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

By submitting a nomination, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all materials submitted. You grant Casa Glamora a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display submission materials for promotional and award-related purposes.

Casa Glamora respects all intellectual property rights and will not claim ownership of your submitted materials.

5. Winner Benefits & Obligations

5.1 Winner Package

Winners receive the benefits outlined in the award category description, including trophy, certificate, media coverage, and marketing assets. Specific benefits may vary by category and event.

5.2 Fee Structure for Winners

Selected winners may be required to pay a winner's participation fee to cover event production, trophy manufacturing, and marketing costs. This fee is disclosed to shortlisted nominees before final selection.

5.3 Use of Award Logo

Winners are granted a limited license to use the official award logo for marketing purposes for one year following the award ceremony. Unauthorized use of the logo is prohibited.

6. Photography & Media

By participating in the awards, you consent to Casa Glamora capturing and using photographs, videos, and audio recordings of you and your representatives at award-related events for promotional purposes.

You may request that specific images not be used by contacting us within 14 days of the event.

7. Code of Conduct

• All participants must conduct themselves professionally and ethically throughout the awards process
• Any attempt to unduly influence judges or Casa Glamora staff will result in immediate disqualification
• Participants must not make false or misleading claims in their submissions
• Winners must not misrepresent their award status or use the award in any misleading manner

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

8.1 Nomination Fees

Nomination processing fees are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of whether the entry is shortlisted or wins.

8.2 Winner Fees

Winner participation fees are refundable only if Casa Glamora cancels the award ceremony. Refund requests for other reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8.3 Withdrawal of Nomination

You may withdraw your nomination at any time by written notice, but nomination fees will not be refunded.

9. Disqualification

Casa Glamora reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

• Violates these terms and conditions
• Contains false, misleading, or plagiarized information
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Is submitted by an entity with a history of unethical business practices

10. Liability & Indemnification

Casa Glamora shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the awards program. By submitting a nomination, you agree to indemnify and hold Casa Glamora harmless from any claims arising from your submission or participation.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from participation in the awards shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Amendments

Casa Glamora reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms before submitting a nomination.
